June 1, 2026 : Stage 3 outdoor water conservation

 Non-drip irrigation is only permitted on 1 day a week from 7am-10am or 7pm-10pm for two hours max.
Even number houses can water on Thursdays / Odd number houses can water on Mondays.

Vegetable garden watering and drip irrigation are exempt from restrictions.
