Water Tolls (Operating Fund) as per Bylaw
Funds collected are used to cover the annual operating costs of the district.
Water is billed quarterly (after the end of March, June, September, and December) at $65.00 per quarter which allows 40 m3 each period. Overages are charged on an increasing scale.

Parcel Tax (Renewal Reserve Fund) as per Bylaw
Funds collected are used for the replacement or improvement of waterworks infrastructure.
Parcel Tax for the calendar year of 2026 of $300.00.
An Assessment Notice will be sent out prior to the Parcel Tax bill to confirm the owner(s) name and service address. Only contact us if this information is incorrect, providing us with a copy of the Land Title showing the correct information.
We do not currently offer e-billing, but can email a bill on request.
Payment Options:
- Payment by cheque – mailed to the BWD office or in person. A drop box is also provided in the lobby of Magnolia Court. Post-dated cheques are accepted.
- Payment by cash – in person at the BWD office (please do not leave cash in drop box or mail cash)
- On-line through any credit union – BWD is able to receive electronic payments from credit unions. You can set this up yourself through your credit union.
- E-Transfer – Send your payment to: [email protected] and please include your full name/address/account number.
- Pre-authorized payment (PAP) – PAP is available for all financial institutions. If you would like to set up a PAP please complete the application(s) (Quarterly Water Tolls and/or Parcel Tax) and return, signed, with a blank, voided, cheque. Further detail is provided on the application.
